The Way You Use Lavender Essential Oil Upon Kilimanjaro By: Will_Barnby
We have already mentioned how off-putting in can be to get to Tanzania and get shocked with the completely unique culture of the country. Your Lavender Oil is a vital accessory as you struggle to come to terms with the difference in culture. The Lavender will calm you and help alleviate the migraines and headaches that you may suffer from. It will aid you a lot as you start your climb on Kilamanjaro.
To begin your Mount Kilimanjaro adventure you will get in a minibus from your hotel and be driven on a terrifying journey to one of the main entrances into the Kilimanjaro national park. You need to buy a permit to climb the mountain once you get to the entrance to the park, perhaps the Machame gate. After you have your permit in hand you can join your guides and porters and begin on the first day of hiking. The first day of the trip takes you though tropical rainforest where you can observe monkeys and more exotic wildlife. It is maybe not the time to whip out the Lavender as you might get some unwanted attention. Your energy levels may get drained fast because of the humid weather and intense heat. After just a brief bit of walking you will likely find your 3 litre camelback is spent and you have already begun draining your reserve bottles.
After a day's trek you eventually get to your first camping area. Your tents have already been popped by the porters who amazingly have already been at the camp for the past hour. They didn't have to get out the lavender to calm themselves down. After you have settled into the camp and are set to relax a bit, you can eat, drink, and spend some time with the other travellers. It won't take long at all to realise that the Milo hot chocolate drink, with its normal serving of 10 sugars, is the best and most invigorating feature of the whole journey. You will not have to use any Lavender Essential Oil as you get into your warm sleeping bag and quickly fall into a deep sleep.
The sun will creep into your tent and have you set for another day of hiking on the next morning. After a brief glug of water and throwing on every layer you have as the outside temperature is rather cold you head over to the main tent where a tasty, hot breakfast has been magically summoned by the porters. As you get prepared to go out on another day of hiking, you will drink hot tea and more Milo chocolate with plenty of sugar. With everything plus the Lavender Essential Oil packed away you set off to climb again. As you get farther up the mountain you begin to feel the air getting thinner and each step you take gets that little bit harder. More on this will be considered very soon.
Lavender World is the new online shopping retailer that offers everything lavender, purple and lilac. This month, sees the interesting release of the new Lavender Essential Oil selection.
